5 Young Men Lured By Cartel Twitter: Graphic Video Sparks Outrage

The recent exposed video of 5 young Mexican men getting ruthlessly slaughtered by a cartel in the town of Lagos de Moreno has deeply impacted the world.

The video, spreading across various social media platforms, has profoundly perturbed numerous viewers due to its explicit content.

The victims, a group of students and friends ranging from ages 19 to 22, were tricked by the Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG) cartel, who presented a fraudulent employment opportunity to lure them.

In their pursuit of work in private security, the friends encountered a contact in town and vanished until their video emerged.

As per journalist Carlos Arrieta, the CJNG cartel deceived the men into a rendezvous with them, intending to enlist the victims into their ranks and subsequently ending their lives after they declined.

The young men were identified as Roberto Olmeda, Diego Lara, Uriel Galvan, Jaime Martinez, and Dante Cedillo.

The prevailing theory suggests that the young men contacted a call center to secure employment.

Call centers, frequently overseen by the CJNG, entice young individuals with lucrative job offers and appealing benefits, only to ensnare them into forced recruitment into the cartel.
