The baby picture of Alexee Trevizo is heart-wrenching, blending innocence and tragedy in a single image.
In a startling incident, authorities have accused 19-year-old Alexee Trevizo of first-degree murder for allegedly disposing of her newborn baby in a hospital trash can, where the infant was later discovered deceased.
The inquiry into the tragic occurrence commenced on January 27 at Artesia General Hospital’s emergency room in New Mexico.
On May 10, Trevizo was apprehended and subsequently released on a $100,000 bond, enabling her to attend her graduation ceremony.

In December 2022, Alexee Trevizo sought medical attention at Artesia General Hospital, complaining of severe back pain. After receiving treatment, she was discharged.
However, several weeks later, in January, Trevizo returned to the hospital, once again citing back pain.
According to hospital staff, she secluded herself inside a bathroom, where she gave birth to a baby.
Allegedly, she placed the newborn in a trash can before leaving the scene.

Video Evidence of the Atrocious Act
In the Alexee Trevizo baby picture and video, Trevizo can be heard confessing, “It came out of me, I didn’t know what to do. I put it in the bag, in the trash bag. I’m sorry, mom.” She added, “Nothing was crying. It came out with nothing.”
The body camera footage also captured the response of a hospital worker, who stated, “The baby’s dead. She killed the kid.”
