Billy Capshaw, Survivor Of Jeffrey Dahmer, Appeared On Dr. Phil Show

Billy Capshaw and other victims of Jeffrey Dahmer shared disturbing details of their experiences with him on Dr. Phil, alleging that Netflix portrayed the ruthless killer inaccurately in their series.

Dr. Phil McGraw interviewed multiple individuals who fell prey to the Milwaukee serial killer for his three-day segment on Dahmer and his victims.

Rita Isbell, Billy Capshaw, and Preston Davis were featured on Dr. Phil’s show to discuss their encounters with Dahmer. The episode left a strong emotional impact.

McGraw highlighted the accounts of Billy Capshaw and Preston Davis, both of whom asserted that they had come into contact with Jeffrey Dahmer during his time in military service.

According to McGraw, the men claimed that Dahmer subjected them to sexual abuse and torment, and that the military had concealed these acts of violence.

What Did Billy Experience?

Upon meeting his roommate Jeffrey Dahmer, Billy Joe Capshaw was 17 years old.

Billy has claimed that the infamous serial killer tortured, sexually assaulted, and manipulated him over a span of 18 months.

As per Survivingjeffreydahmer.org, Billy frequently voiced concerns about Jeffrey’s mistreatment of individuals in authoritative positions, but these concerns were consistently dismissed.

He recounted instances where Jeffrey deliberately ignored his family’s correspondence and phone calls, and even physically assaulted him by striking his knuckles and shins with an iron bar, while restricting Billy’s freedom of movement by controlling access to their shared room.

Billy stated that his status was unjustly changed to AWOL (absent without leave) despite not having left the base.

He recounted, “It was like dealing with Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. I tried stealing Jeff’s money in the hope that if he didn’t have any, he wouldn’t drink as much and wouldn’t harm me as often. However, he subjected me to severe beatings for this, and to silence me, he hit me even harder. It was a harrowing experience.”

Regrettably, Capshaw asserted that Dahmer may have been involved in up to 7 additional deaths during his time in the Army in Baumholder, Germany, for which he was never brought to justice.

During an interview, Capshaw expressed, “I’ll never be able to fully recover from it. Dahmer put me through absolute torment during our 18 months in the Army in Germany. We both served as medics in the same unit. In 1980, I was assigned to share a barracks room with Dahmer, and within just a few days of my arrival, the assaults began.”

He continued, “Dahmer would frequently consume orange vodka or vodka and tonic, and he drank excessively. I’m convinced the drinks were drugged because he would pressure me to consume them, too. I would wake up in agony, aware that I had been abused. Yet, if I dared mention it, he would subject me to further beatings. Over the next 18 months, Jeffrey Dahmer sexually assaulted me on at least 75 occasions!”
