That development is a process, a process filled with barriers that demand personal, financial and professional growth to be able to overcome them. By educating individuals from around the globe on how to operate in financial markets and how to lead teams of people seeking to do the same, offering them the precise tools and support they need to achieve the growth they desire, I help them live their purpose and make success their lifestyle.

Tell us about yourself?

I’m a 24 year old British businesswoman currently residing in Mexico. I adore business, dogs, nature, self-development and people. I love without reservation and live for the moments where I’m so connected with a being or with nature that the world around me seems to disappear.

I commenced working when I was 14 years old, not because I needed to but because I was seeking my independence, striving to have the choice to create the reality I desired. That has continued to be my predominant essence up to this day, seeking ways to always live my chosen reality. At the age of 18, I decided I was ready for a change and new life experiences so I chose to relocate to Mexico, a new language, culture and perspective to explore!

Due to numerous changes and an accelerated adolescence, my professional experience is extensive and ranges from being an educator to a waitress, from a dog trainer to an academic coordinator and much more. Concluding my years of experience, what I can truly say I specialize in is people. I’m a people person. I’m an empath that is unusually sensitive to others emotions and energies. This characteristic once overwhelmed me, until I was made aware of the power it holds to allow me to impact the world person by person. What now drives me every day is knowing that, if I continue to develop this trait, I can relate to people on an unexpectedly profound level and therefore find the path to lead them to their happiness and success.

How did you get your idea or concept for the business?

My business was born from my personal economic frustration and lack of inspiration. I had attempted to start up several different projects but was yet to be successful and was feeling inherently restricted by the fact that my business completely depended on me, the word ‘team’ was desperately inexistent. Upon first meeting, my current business partner my concept of business was completely blown out of perspective. For the first time I saw an ideal system where through working as a team, with no limiting hierarchy, we could leverage our collective energy and talent to financially empower people around the world. This realization was the beginning of everything.

How much potential market share can you achieve in next 3 years?

By 2020 we are going to financially impact 1,000,000 people around the world. Teaching them how to dominate financial markets and providing them with the personal development necessary to attract high levels of success in their lives.

What was the best book or series that you’ve ever read?

How to Win Friends & Influence People by Dale Carnegie. This book opened many new doors of opportunity for me and impacted all of my personal and business relationships.

There are MANY outstanding books about business and personal growth, but connecting with me is the first key step to any successful business encounter.

What are the best and worst purchases you’ve ever made?

The best thing I have ever bought was my plane ticket to Mexico. Before coming to Mexico I had always lived in the same house in the same small city limiting myself to the same comfortable circle of influence. I had always been open-minded but wasn’t changing anything around me to instigate growth. Arriving in Mexico with that open mind brought me the world of changes and opportunities. I was faced with a level of poverty and riches I had never before faced. A culture completely different to the only one I knew, that opened my eyes to a different kind of hunger I had never before experienced. Hunger to connect with my purpose and extend outside of my self to positively impact the world around me.

The worst purchase I have ever made. Hmmm, there is no clear purchase that comes to mind as the worst. I completely believe in, not a coincidence but, synchronicity and therefore even if all a purchase brings me is the realization that I should never buy something like that again, it brought me something. Although there are definitely many things I’ve bought on sale for the simple fact that they were on sale that definitely brought me that lesson!

What takes up too much of your time?

Browsing on social media! Without a doubt, social media is a powerful tool, but it can far too easily become a distraction instead. The moments when I scroll and get lost in the false reality projected rather than connecting and recognizing the reality of each individual, that’s no way to invest time!

What three pieces of advice would you give to college students/new startup business owners who want to become entrepreneurs?

Get your priorities straight, get disciplined. We live in a consumer-focused world where the most powerful people benefit from us looking for distractions to be happy. To feel momentary happiness and ‘fulfilment’ from purchases and entertainment so that we stick to accepting mediocracy in our work not seeking anything more and continuing to be the perfect employee that the system wants us to be.

Don’t be that person that settles for mediocracy and the superficially fulfilled life that comes with it. Don’t give in to distraction. Decide what it is you want, make the plan to get there and do everything necessary (including the sacrifices) to achieve it.

Find your WHY. Entrepreneurship requires a level of dedication and work that’s generally never before been experienced. You need something huge that drives you every single day to maintain that dedication and to constantly work in spite of any obstacle. That something is your WHY. A reason infinitely bigger than yourself that brings your purpose to life and makes you jump out of bed each day ready to take on the world.
Get mentors. Mentors are people that have what you want. In your area and in your life. People you have close to you and people you can reach through books, video and seminars. You are the average of the 5 people you most spend time with. If you’re ‘with’ Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn and Gary Vee more than 2 hours every day that’s a pretty good average to start with.

Who has impressed you most with what they’ve accomplished?

Ivan Tapia. Ivan Tapia is my personal business partner and mentor. He has always set the bar high but this year he took the network marketing industry to stratospheric levels. His personal process over the past 8 years is inspiring but in the past 18 months, he has made heads turn.

He is the best-paid leader in Latin America, he is the leader that has had the biggest growth and therefore impact and he has gone from making $40,000 dollars to over $700,000 monthly in just 18 months. The most powerful part of this whole experience has been having the privilege to have been witness to the personal growth he has had to be able to produce those results.

Tell us about something you are proud of – about your greatest challenge.

My greatest challenge has been overcoming my own limitations. That has been through language, breaking cultural expectations, changing habits, facing and taking on the fear of failure and through constantly facing the day to day challenges that are presented in order for me to grow into the person that can take them on. It’s impossible to teach a process that one has not lived. I need to grow into the person that can impact the millions of people I one day will. Without a doubt, this is what challenges me the most each day, but it is something I am eternally grateful for as it is what keeps me on the right track to become the person I need to be to achieve what I was brought here to do.
