Chris & Channon Autopsy Report – A Story Of Their Monstrous Murders

The detailed post-mortem report of Chris and Channon revealed intricate information about their gruesome killings.

On the night of January 6, 2007, Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom embarked on a lovely intimate dinner date that tragically turned out to be their final meal before experiencing abominable torture.

The couple had arranged to dine out together and then attend a friend’s gathering, but when Newsom halted to embrace his significant other, a gang of men carjacked them.

The distressing night commenced with three men blindfolding the couple and compelling them into the rear seat of Christian’s SUV at gunpoint.

The automobile was then driven to a residence on Chipman Street, Knoxville, Tennessee, which is believed to be owned by the man who would subsequently be put to death for their demise.

Inside the residence, Newsom was repeatedly sodomized with an object and then blindfolded, gagged, arms and feet bound, and his head covered.

He was later taken outside the residence, barefoot, and transported to a nearby railroad track, where he was shot in three different parts of his body.

The perpetrators then set his wounded and lifeless body on fire.

Channon was subjected to an entirely different form of torment. She was sexually abused to the extent that her private parts were left with untreatable injuries.

Not only that, according to some accounts, she was beaten and tortured with a solid wooden object which could possibly be the shattered limb of a chair.

The final blow was pouring a toxic substance down Channon’s throat and on her injured and severely bleeding genital area.

To dispose of her abused and injured body, the assailants bound her with pieces of curtains and bedding.

They covered her face with a dustbin bag and then packed her entire body into five larger bin bags to slowly suffocate her to death.

Who killed Chris and Channon?

After this abhorrent double murder came to light, five men were charged, but only one man was sentenced to death row.

Lemaricus Devall Davidson, known to his acquaintances as “slim,” was charged with 16 counts of felony murder.

The accusations include those of assault, robbery, abduction, and theft of Christian and Newsom, two counts of premeditated murder, two counts of particularly aggressive robbery, four counts of particularly aggressive abduction, 20 counts of aggravated assault, and two counts of theft.

These 46 charges were identical to his associate, George Geovonni “Detroit” Thomas and Letalvis “Rome” Cobbins, who were given life sentences without the possibility of parole.

However, due to Davidson’s prior convictions, he was placed on Death Row on October 30, 2009.

Eric Boyd and Vanessa Coleman were also incarcerated for their involvement in what has been referred to as “the most violent carjacking in US history.”
