As per the police blotter, River Rescue, Pittsburgh EMS, and Pittsburgh Police reacted to Doerr Street at around 5:30 p.m. for the report of a body found near the river.

A kayaker directed first responders to the precise location on the shore.

Dean A. Barnes, 37, from Harrisburg, was confirmed as the body found along the riverbank in April 2022. It was established that he passed away on April 9 of that year, according to the Allegheny County Coroner. 

Barnes’s corpse was located near the Ohio River along Doerr Street at New Beaver Avenue in Pittsburgh. 

At this juncture, the exact cause of his demise is unknown, and the authorities have yet to ascertain if Barnes committed suicide or was murdered. 

The quantity of vanished individual cases has been dramatically increasing all across the United States of America.
