Geoff also dedicated time to studying in India and even lived in a monastery for a brief period. Through his devotion to yoga, he acquired a profound comprehension of the practice and its potential to enrich the lives of participants.
He then dedicated himself to teaching others what he had learned, enabling them, too, to embrace the serenity and joy that yoga fosters.
It is with deep sorrow that we announce Geoff’s passing on Friday, July 8, 2022. He passed away peacefully in his sleep, surrounded by loved ones.
Geoff was a benevolent and tender spirit who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. We can find solace in knowing that he is now at peace, watching over us from above with a smile.
Cause of Geoff Eddy’s Demise
In October 2020, Geoff was diagnosed with testicular cancer, specifically germ cell cancer. Regrettably, his urologist failed to diagnose it, and it progressed to other organs.
Medical experts endeavored to halt the advancement of his cancer for nearly two years, but their efforts were in vain.
