Gunna Snitch Reddit – Will He Be Testifying Against YSL Rapper?

Gunna‘s lawyer, Sadow, refutes the accusation that his client is being labeled a “snitch” as he is being released from prison, and both 6ix9ine and Wack 100 disagree with this statement.

On Monday, December 19, Akademiks messaged Steven Sadow directly, in which Sadow clarified that the viral video of the YSL rapper confessing that YSL is a gang in his plea agreement will not have any impact on Young Thug or anyone else.

It simply impacts my client, according to the attorneys. Statements made outside of court during a plea cannot be used as evidence against another person.

When Ak subsequently inquired if Gunna would testify, Sadow stated that his client would be invoking the Fifth Amendment.

Yes, but he will invoke the Fifth and refrain from making a statement, he said.

Steven Sadow, Gunna’s attorney, is attempting to dispel the belief that the former YSL rapper leaked information about his group, but he will need a lot of assistance.

Akademiks addressed the troubling snitch suspicions in an Instagram DM on Monday, and Sadow stated Gunna’s words at his plea hearing wouldn’t affect anyone other than Gunna.

Sadow further denied the suggestion that Gunna would turn on Young Thug by stating that he would plead the Fifth if called to testify in court.

The previous evening, 6ix9ine appeared on Akademiks, and he gave Gunna no quarter for his Alford plea, which will put him under monitoring for the next five years.

It needs to be clarified whether Wack100 is persuaded despite his assertion that Gunna is effectively trying to rewrite the street codes.

Naturally, 6ix9ine, who claimed his group had betrayed him first, was notoriously called a snitch in his own legal case.

The DMs were sent out shortly after rapper 6ix9ine went live with Akademiks, where he claimed Gunna was a traitor for accepting an “Alford plea agreement.”

The Alford Plea is stated to be telling, n-gga, bro. Telling me, n-gga.

He continued by reading the conditions of Gunna’s agreement, noting that it appears that pleading the Fifth is only acceptable for questions about oneself if subpoenaed, not for inquiries about others.

Despite recent rumors, Gunna reportedly will not be testifying against any of his fellow YSL members.

According to a source who wished to remain unnamed and spoke to the publication, the state will not summon him as a witness.

The plea agreement is worded precisely as it is because the whole point was that neither the state nor the defense would summon the defendant.

However, Wack 100 is not convinced and keeps insinuating that Gunna is a snitch.

Wack responded to Akademiks’ DMs with Sadow in an Instagram post on Monday by saying that Gunna was evident no matter how you framed it.

The entire “DEFENSE” was that #YSL IS NOT I REPEAT IS NOT A GANG JUST A RECORD LABEL, Wack tweeted. “@akademiks Stop bro… His words were plainly on the RECORD,” he added.

YOU, HIM, OR THEM CANNOT RESCHEDULE THE LAWS OF #SNITCHING. COOPERATION WITH THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY MAKES U A CO OPERANT WHICH EQUALS #Telling.”
