Robyn alleged that Karen was in a club with a man with azure eyes, while Karen claimed that Juan Dixon was involved with a woman who bore a resemblance to her.

The ladies at Riviera Maya, Mexico, were getting ready for another day at the start of the RHOP episode.
When they sat down, Karen talked to Ashley Darby about her conflict with Charrisse, but she then began spreading false information about Robyn.
Karen claimed that Juan Dixon, Robyn’s husband, had been seen with a lady who resembled her.
Karen also disclosed that Juan’s other girlfriend resides in Montgomery County and that the two were frequently spotted holding hands while strolling through Georgetown.
Given Juan’s previous infidelity, Robyn said that she was not surprised by the rumor, yet, she was concerned about Robyn’s response to the situation.

She later learned that it was an outdated image. By the end of the RHOP episode, Karen confessed that she had been defending Juan, which raised many questions about him.
She revealed that Juan allegedly gave her an uncomfortable hug following the reunion episode three years prior and wanted to be “#3 in the relationship.”
