Meet Buster Murdaugh’s Girlfriend, Brooklynn White

Buster Murdaugh’s partner, Brooklynn White, has remained steadfast by his side throughout Alex Murdaugh’s legal proceedings. She is the enduring partner of the renowned US-based lawyer Alex Murdaugh’s sole surviving son.

As indicated by other media accounts, White is a golden retriever. In July 2021, Buster Murdaugh’s partner invested $180,000 in a condo on Hilton Head Island.

A news channel reported that Buster is leading a peaceful existence with his enduring partner in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. They reside together in an unassuming condo.

Local residents describe them as an endearing couple who frequently exchange warm greetings. The couple also owned a dog named Miller. Buster Murdaugh is still unmarried, as they have not tied the knot yet.

White completed her B.A. in political science at the University of Alabama in 2018.

Buster Murdaugh’s partner supported him during Murdaugh’s trial

Throughout the trial, Brooklynn White has been by her partner’s side and continues to offer him her unwavering support during this challenging period. Buster has experienced loss like no other; his mother and brother were victims of homicide. Not only that, but he also lost his close friend Stephen Smith in 2015 in a fatal car crash.

On Tuesday, Buster Murdaugh, Alex Murdaugh’s only surviving son, testified that his father was shattered after his son and wife were shot to death.

During his father’s double-homicide trial in Walterboro, South Carolina, he told jurors, “He was devastated, heartbroken. I walked in the door, saw him, gave him a hug, he was just completely shattered.”

Alex Murdaugh, 54, is charged with the alleged murder of his wife, Maggie Murdaugh, using a rifle and killing his youngest son, Paul Murdaugh, 22, with a shotgun in June 2021.

Alex’s son stated that his father called him on June 7, 2021, after discovering the lifeless bodies of his youngest son and wife near the dog kennels of the family’s hunting estate.

He testified at Collection County Courthouse that his father asked him if he was sitting down, and Buster responded, “Yes,” then Alex sounded unusual, and then his father informed him that his mom and younger brother had been shot, leaving him in a state of shock.

Buster and his partner, Brooklyn White, promptly rushed to the family’s 1,700-acre estate, also known as Moselle, in Islandton, South Carolina. They arrived early in the morning.

He was adorned in a black blazer and a white button-down shirt, and he displayed minimal emotion as he gave his testimony while his father, Alex Murdaugh, looked at him tenderly from the defense table.

The day following the homicides, Buster mentioned that he and his father showered at Moselle, explaining the wet towel and the damp towel found in the bathroom.

Jim Griffin, a defense attorney, highlighted in his line of questioning that the family shared an exceptionally close bond.

Buster reiterated, adding that the flurry of phone calls on the day of the homicides was not out of the ordinary. He said, “I spoke to my mom every day, multiple times a day, and the same goes for my dad and for my brother, too, and I know they were also talking to each other, too.”

Brooklyn White’s partner said he was aware of his father’s struggle with substance addiction and his admission to a detox facility in 2018, but depicted him as a devoted spouse and a caring father.
