Richard Doffing Missing: Douglas County Sheriff’s Office Seeks Help

The public’s aid is being sought by the Douglas County Sheriff’s office to find an elderly gentleman who disappeared on Wednesday. 

Richard Doffing, aged 73 and diagnosed with advanced dementia, was last observed leaving his residence in Glendale, Oregon in a white 1992 Ford F350 with Oregon license plate SXD561. 

The pickup truck features the “Tri-R” emblem on both back doors, according to the DCSO.

Due to his condition, Doffing is regarded as a missing person at risk, and authorities are worried about his wellbeing. It is suspected that he may be endeavoring to journey to Texas, although his current location is unknown. 

Doffing is described by the DCSO as 5’10 tall, weighing 160 lbs, with hazel eyes and gray hair. He was last observed wearing a dark shirt and blue jeans.

Anyone who may have seen Doffing or his vehicle is beseeched by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office to make immediate contact.

The public is encouraged to be watchful and be on the lookout for the absent individual and his vehicle. The welfare of Richard Doffing is paramount and the DCSO is tirelessly working to locate him.

Doffing’s family and loved ones are understandably concerned for his safety and well-being and are requesting the public’s assistance in locating him.
