On February 18, 1967, in the Tondo district of Manila, Boybits Victoria came into the world as the fourth offspring in a brood of nine siblings. His parents, both laborers, faced financial hardships but made educating their children a top priority.
From a young age, Boybits exhibited a fervor for basketball and began honing his skills in the sport. This enthusiasm carried into his high school years at Jose Abad Santos High School, where he further developed his abilities.
Subsequently, he pursued higher education at the University of Santo Tomas, engaging in collegiate-level basketball.
Despite his demanding agenda, Boybits consistently placed his family above all else and was recognized for being an affectionate and nurturing father. He frequently devoted quality time to his children, taking them on trips and participating in their school functions.
Boybits Victoria Reason for Demise
At the age of 50, Boybits Victoria suffered from an acute myocardial infarction and passed away on March 1, 2023. It was disclosed that he had been diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder in 2018.
Boybits was declared deceased at 6:55 pm at San Juan De Dios Manila hospital. His cremation has been arranged for March 5, 2023, at 11 am at Loyola Memorial Chapels and Crematorium in Sucat.
His son Nathan shared the news of Boybits’ passing on social media. Uichicho expressed his grief, depicting Boybits as an incredible 6th man for the SMB teams.
