The video has prompted many to suspect that her murder was prearranged. According to The North Carolina Beat, Winter Donovan encircled Robinson’s neck with her arms and hurled her to the ground.
Donovan also recorded the physical assault on her phone. Following Donovan’s attack, a source informed the newspaper that Shanquella Robinson remained motionless.
In a recent video obtained by The North Carolina Beat, Shanquella Robinson can be seen nodding off in a hammock. The footage is brutal and hard to watch.
It is evident that Shanquella Robinson was savagely mistreated by Daejhanae Jackson and Winter Donovan.
There are speculations that another video of Shanquella Robinson’s assault has been documented. However, it is not yet available online.
On October 28, Robinson and her companions departed for a vacation in Mexico. Robinson passed away 24 hours after they arrived at the Fundadores mansion in San Jose del Cabo.
The group of friends landed in Cabo, Mexico, on Friday, October 28, 2022, as indicated by the timestamp on the video that Shanquella posted to her Instagram story at 8:45 p.m.
Following that, several more images show her devouring tacos and toasting with drinks at 9:54 p.m. Then, the video fades to black.
It’s unclear what ensued next, but the events that took place after that dark period are now well-documented and involve law enforcement officials in two countries.
The Attorney General’s Office for Baja California Sur has initiated an inquiry into the victim’s demise as femicide. Salamandra and Bernard, the victim’s parents, were informed by the 25-year acquaintance that she had succumbed to alcohol poisoning. The FBI later discovered she perished due to severe spinal cord injury and atlas luxation. The investigation is ongoing.
Are Shanquella Robinson’s Companions Involved In Her Homicide?
Following Shanquella Robinson’s demise, numerous online users sought information about the friends she was journeying with.
Initially, the identities of her friends were not disclosed. Later, it was revealed that Robinson was accompanied by Khalil Cooke, Nazeer Wiggins, Alysse Hyatt, Daejhanae Jackson, and Winter Donovan.
Her friends deactivated their social media accounts to conceal their identities. After the footage of the assault surfaced online, they also faced substantial backlash regarding Robinson’s death.
Her friends provided conflicting narratives of the trip to Salamandra, which also raised doubts for the victim’s mother.
According to Bernard, ‘the friends should be in custody in Mexico right now,’ according to an interview. Bernard’s statement further fueled speculation and outrage online about the events leading up to Shanquella Robinson’s demise.
