No, Jeffrey does not have children; this is because he was a killer and was consumed by his fantasies. Additionally, as a homosexual, he did not have an interest in children or women.
In 1989, after being found guilty of sexual abuse and luring a minor for immoral purposes, Dahmer publicly disclosed his homosexuality to a judge.
According to the book, Dahmer tried to leverage his sexual orientation to reduce his sentence. Two years later, neighbors discovered Konerak Sinthasomphone, a 14-year-old boy who had escaped from Dahmer’s apartment while under the influence of drugs.
Authorities returned Sinthasomphone to Dahmer after he falsely claimed that the boy was 19 and his boyfriend. Dahmer then injected hydrochloric acid into a drilled hole in Sinthasomphone’s brain, resulting in immediate and fatal brain damage.
The book “Jeffrey Dahmer and the Milwaukee Murders” suggests that Dahmer’s mother was more accepting of his homosexuality than his father. According to the book, in March 1991, Joyce reassured her son over the phone that she had “no issue accepting his gayness.” Additionally, the book claims that Lionel, a conservative Christian, frequently made disparaging remarks about gay men and continued to oppose homosexuality even after Dahmer’s trial.
Lionel mentioned, “I’ve always felt he was a social misfit.” He told a reporter named Stone Phillips that if his son had come out as gay, he would have “tried to reform” him since he still considered homosexuality a sin.
Dahmer did not publicly acknowledge his homosexuality until much later; his attorney argued at his 1992 trial that the serial killer “discovered and accepted his homosexuality” at a young age. According to “Milwaukee Massacre,” in 1991, Dahmer “confessed that he was gay” to his probation officer and “told the agent that’s the way he is, so ‘screw it’.”
