Discussion with Justin Grome, CEO of Clonefluence Inc. Justin is a 20-year-old “man of all trades”. This includes working as a Professional Photographer, Artist Manager, iOS Developer, and CEO of Clonefluence Inc. from New Jersey.

Introduce yourself

I’m Justin Grome. I’m a 20-year-old Entrepreneur, Professional Photographer, iOS Developer and most proudly, the Originator of Clonefluence Inc. I’ve been engaged in marketing, analytics, and photography since I was 13. Always maintaining a creative mindset and doing my utmost to assist anyone when I can.

What sets your organization apart from your competitors?

Clonefluence is one of the first businesses to have an actual manager that arranges artists shows, manages their social media accounts, and helps them grow as a person, but through the internet. We’ve never heard of another company that arranges artists shows through the internet and is successful at doing so. We’re essentially a “Cloud Manager” if you would. Of course, we interact with them physically if needed but the majority of our work is done online.

How much potential market share can you achieve in the next 3 years?

Frankly, I’m not sure but definitely hoping to keep pushing and doing our best at everything we can. We’re looking to double our annual revenue every year or hopefully more.

That would have to be witnessing my corporation grow from nothing to absolutely vast in a year. We commenced last year around August with 3,000 followers on Twitter and now we have just over 80,000. It’s remarkable how time flies when you revel in what you do.

What are the best and worst purchases you’ve ever made?

My best purchase would probably have to be my mustang or Rolex, they’re like my offspring that I never had. My worst would probably have to be purchasing clothes from China. They make some really nice stuff there, but when you get it, they’re always way too small.

What takes up too much of your time?

My time is filled with school and doing anything to make Clonefluence better. I’m a full-time college student seeking a degree in criminal justice actually. As for the business, we recently started changing it into an all-around media company compared to Elevator Magazine and Lyrical Lemonade doing so much more than just management. We’re doing interviews, blog placements, reviews, and much more now.

What three pieces of advice would you give to college students/new startup business owners who want to become entrepreneurs?

I would certainly tell them that it’s a lot of work, but that work will be worth it in the end. You definitely need a good support system going into it because if you have negative people around you, they’re not going to want to see you succeed. My family was always so proud of what I made of myself at such a young age and that’s the main thing that kept propelling me forward.

Who has impressed you most with what they’ve accomplished?

Lil Pump to be honest. He’s a rapper that became a superstar in a period of around six months. Not the way he carries himself, but how he came up was so quick and how much of an impact he has on the music industry right now. He has like 16 million followers on Instagram.

Tell us about something you are proud of – about your greatest challenge.

Definitely my mom and my stepfather, always checking on me to make sure the business is running strong. I honestly don’t know what I would do without them, that’s my heart there.

How people should connect with you?

Very fast at responding to anything. Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook usually works best with me.
