Rapper Takeoff’s Parents – Who Is Takeoff’s Mother?

The public still doesn’t know who the parents of rapper Takeoff are. Takeoff, whose birth name is Kirshnik Khari Ball, was born on June 18, 1994, and was part of a Christian family. 

The identity of his father is still undisclosed, as neither of the family members has revealed his name. 

Although the name of Takeoff’s mother is unknown, it is known that she is the sister of Kashara Marshall and Quavo Huncho. If the names of Takeoff’s parents are unknown, did he live with his mother?

Who Raised Rapper Takeoff?

Kirshnik Khari Ball, famously known as Takeoff, was brought up by Edna Marshall, Quavo’s mother. At the age of 16, he joined his cousin, Offset, and saw Quavo start his hip-hop group called “Migos.” 

With a strong passion for rap, he earned the nickname “Takeoff” from his group for being able to do everything in one take. In 2013, his group rose to fame with their hit song, “Versace.” 

Rapper Takeoff’s Demise

He recently made headlines in the news and on social media due to his unfortunate passing at the age of 28. TMZ posted a video on Tuesday morning, November 1, 2022, showing Quavo and Takeoff in a dispute with an unidentified person. 

In the video, Takeoff was heard saying, “I don’t operate that way! According to the video, these were his final words before the unknown person fatally shot him. 

According to a different Reddit post, it was revealed that Takeoff and Quavo were involved in an argument with an individual over a game of dice outside a club in Houston, Texas, at around 2:30 AM. 

The user in the post mentioned that it is unclear if Quavo was also shot, but the media reports that Quavo was standing alongside Takeoff at the time of the fatal shooting. 

In the video, Quavo and others tried to lift him, but they laid him on the ground. A female nurse was seen in the video trying to aid Takeoff, while Quavo was heard speaking to a 911 operator and seeking advice on how to help the nurse.
