Steven Tuomi: The Untold Truth Revealed Behind His Murder

A young man named Steven Walter, Steve Tuomi, vanished in 1987. He fell victim to the serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer.

Even though Jeffrey Dahmer, a serial killer, is believed to have murdered him, he was never charged for the killing, and his body has never been located.

The bodies of Dahmer’s other three victims, Eddie Smith, Richard Guerrero, David Thomas, and Steven Tuomi, have also not been unearthed.

The Netflix documentary “Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story” delves into the life and crimes of notorious serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer, whose reign of terror lasted from 1978 to 1991.

Although most of Milwaukee Cannibal’s victims were black men, Steven Tuomi was among the few Caucasian individuals to perish at his hands.

Also of note regarding the murder is Jeffrey’s assertion that he had no desire to kill the young man, despite his own death reigniting his bloodlust.

Who Was Steven Tuomi?

Steven was quite an ordinary individual. He was raised in Ontonagon, Michigan, and in 1981 he graduated from Ontonagon Area High School.

Tuomi left behind all of his clothing and several paychecks from his job prior to vanishing, arousing suspicion.

Three months after he was last seen, in December, his family finally reported Steven missing to the police after their own attempts to locate him proved fruitless.

However, it wasn’t until 1991 that they discovered his whereabouts.

In 1991, authorities managed to capture infamous serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer, also known as the Milwaukee Cannibal.

How Did Jeffrey Dahmer Kill Steven Tuomi?

After quitting his job as a server at a restaurant in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Steven Tuomi went missing on September 15, 1987.

At the time, he was 24, and he disappeared without a trace.

Ontonagon County, Michigan native Steven Tuomi was just 25 years old when he died.

He was described by many who knew him as a jovial and lively individual who appeared to relish life and was always ready to assist others.

Wherever he went, Steven was known for being friendly and forming friendships rapidly.

However, Jeffrey was uncertain about taking Steven back to his residence as he was living with his grandmother at the time.

As a result, the two chose to spend the night in a room at the Ambassador Hotel in Milwaukee.

Once at the hotel, the serial killer began drugging his companion in order to maintain control over him.

According to Dahmer, he only planned to drug Tuomi and assault him while he was still conscious. Tuomi Visit the location to view the ongoing show.

Steven Tuomi and Dahmer met on November 20, 1987, at a gay bar near the Ambassador Hotel.

They later met, engaged in consensual i*tercourse, and then Dahmer persuaded Tuomi to return to his room before ending his life.

Steven’s body also bore bruises, and blood was seeping from the corners of his mouth.

As everything unfolded, Jeffrey observed that one of his forearms and fists had been bruised in the struggle.

The serial killer later claimed he couldn’t recall killing Steven, but he knew he had to dispose of the body.

As a result, he transported his victim’s body to his grandmother’s house in a large suitcase, dismembered him, and dissolved his flesh in acid.

Prior to dismembering Steven and dissolving his flesh in acid, Jeffrey packed his victim’s body in a large suitcase and transported it to his grandmother’s home.

Steven’s remains were never found even after Jeffrey’s arrest since the victim’s bones had also been fractured and disposed of.

Though Jeffrey Dahmer was never charged with his disappearance and his body was never discovered, it is believed that the serial killer took his life.

It is notable that during a 1993 Inside Edition interview, Jeffrey Dahmer discussed Steven Tuomi and revealed that, despite not intending to embark on a killing spree, Steven’s premature death revived his violent urges.

Jeffrey Has No Intention Of Killing Steven

Steven Tuomi, according to Dahmer, was one of his victims.

Dahmer recalled that he had slain Steven Tuomi in a rented room at the Ambassador Hotel in Milwaukee, despite initially claiming he couldn’t recall the specifics of Tuomi’s demise.

After being apprehended, Jeffrey claimed that he only wished to lie next to Steven and not end his life. The next morning, however, he found his victim beneath him with a crushed chest.

Dahmer claimed he took the body back to his grandmother’s house, dismembered it there, and then disposed of the pieces in the trash.

The “Milwaukee Cannibal” was unfortunately never charged with Tuomi’s killing since his remains were never located.
